-Meat of choice (We used pork)

-Egg mixture (1 egg & 1 tbs. water)
-Panko (Japanese Bread crumbs)
-Oil
Optional:
-Tonkatsu sauce (Bull dog brand sauce)
-Shredded Cabbage
-Rice
