Sata Andagi (Okinawan Doughnuts)

Hey guys! Its Ame and I'm not dead, but anyways lets talk about doughnuts. Today I made Sata Andagi and let me tell you it was freaking delicousness. BAM. Just made a word up. And this was all in my southern hick accent which I dont actually have :) Anyways lets get started.

Ingredients:
300 grams of flour
1 cup of sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tbsp of oil

Tonkatsu

Hey Guys!
Today Rain teaches you how to make Tonkatsu!

Ingredients:
-Meat of choice (We used pork)
-Flour
-Egg mixture (1 egg & 1 tbs. water)
-Panko (Japanese Bread crumbs)
-Oil

Optional:
-Tonkatsu sauce (Bull dog brand sauce)
-Shredded Cabbage
-Rice
Miso Soup

Curry Rice

Hey guys!
Today rain teaches you how to make curry rice!


Ingredients:
-2 cups diced chicken (or meat of your choice)
-2 cups diced potatoes
-1/2 an onion diced
-1 cup carrots
-1 box curry sauce mix
-2 1/2 cups water
-2 tbs oil
-rice

Optional:
-a splash of milk or a spoonful of sour cream
